Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and great ensuite, although the noise of the refrigerator could be intrusive at times due to its proximity to the bed. It would have been nice to have a chair/chairs in the room. The service was beyond helpful and charming, with quirky art deco decor adding to the fantastic location. The hotel is superbly located, making it easy to get around and see the sights. The dining experience was very good, although the absence of a toaster was noted. The facilities provided were satisfactory, enhancing my stay.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms, although clean, felt small, and noise from the surrounding areas was a bit disturbing. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff catering to every need. The location was convenient for exploring London, but some noise disruptions were present. The dining experience offered a decent variety of options.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were really cosy and well-decorated, offering a spacious layout with top-notch amenities. The service was very friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was outstanding, surrounded by convenient attractions and dining options. However, the dining was a bit expensive for what was offered.
I stayed at this hotel for a special occasion and found it to be nice on the outside, but lacking attention to detail and service. The uncontrollable lighting was a downside, but the room, though small, was extremely comfortable. The social areas were spacious and welcoming.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room, service, and location were all fantastic, but there were some minor issues with dining options. The facilities were great overall.
My stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The room, although nice for a solo traveler, had a few drawbacks but was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The service was impeccable, with staff paying attention to every detail needed. The central location was outstanding, allowing easy access to many attractions, but the dining options were a bit pricey. The facilities offered were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was small, but it was perfect for my needs. It was fully up-to-date, and the bathroom was very well laid out with a HEATED floor, which was such a classy touch. The Junior Suite I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, filled with luxury amenities. The location was excellent for our purposes, and the dining experience, although good, could have used more food options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is ideally located near Green Park tube station, convenient for exploring and also providing a quiet stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some noise issues may affect the quality of the stay. The dining experience offers a lovely selection of cold items but could use better replenishment. The service is mostly attentive and welcoming, with a few exceptions. The location is fantastic for both sightseeing and quiet relaxation.
