the location was magnificent if you like uptown shops. the staff were very friendly. the breakfast buffet and menu were exquisite.

the room was very small. the bathroom was cold. it was hard to dry your hair and see yourself, as you can't use a dryer in the bathroom, and in the room there is no light where the mirror is

the staff displayed really good politeness. the cocktail bar visit proved worthwhile because of the lovely drinks. the location was fab because it was not far from the ritz. breakfast included much choice.

the mattress had very large buttons. they were hard and uncomfortable to lay on. i had to put the fur throw on the mattress to add cushion.

I found the location convenient. It allowed for easy exploration. The buffet breakfast at Ormer each morning provided a delicious start to each day. The Drawing Room afternoon tea was also nice (the scones were divine!).

the location is superb, especially given its proximity to the local restaurant scene. breakfast was diverse and of high quality.. i found that to be a great start to each day. i especially appreciated the homey feeling of the elegant rooms.

Accessing the outlets by the beds proved difficult. I had to move furniture around.

i had such a good time. breakfasts were always good with such pleasant staff, very helpful too. location is lovely, and i stayed many times.

i have to mention noisy first room, it was something. although they sorted it mostly, it did spoil the experience.

the hotel has easy walking distance to multiple excellent restaurants. it also is very close to attractions, i found it was a very short walk to the station with connections to many lines.
